We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in bridging our lending partners and sales team.Job Overview:As an Operations Associate, you will be the key point of contact between our lending partners and sales team, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on goals, and efficient execution of daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Liaison Between Teams: Act as the primary bridge between the lending partners and the internal sales team to ensure clear communication and timely execution of deals. Coordinate and Streamline Processes: Assist in managing and optimizing the flow of information between the sales team and lending partners, ensuring that all operational processes are followed accurately. Manage Documentation: Oversee and track all necessary documentation required by both lending partners and sales, ensuring compliance and consistency. Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies between the sales team and lending partners. Reporting and Updates: Maintain regular communication with both teams, providing status updates, resolving queries, and offering support to ensure smooth transactions and process execution. Data Management: Ensure that all data related to lending transactions and sales activities are properly logged, maintained, and reported. Support Sales Team: Provide logistical and operational support to the sales team to help them achieve targets and maintain healthy partner relationships. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and work collaboratively to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree any stream Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, NBFCs experience is Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Personal Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude toward change.
