Meeting clients along with Client Servicing Team after project is approved to discuss operational points.Servicing client on field as and when required.Planning project allocation to the team members after receiving Ops note and budget.Guiding team members during projects to make sure quality execution happens. Operations; Creative etc) and Client to Ensure the Delivery of Quality Projects,
