Person is accountable to plan and manage the remote tasks of the deployment activities for whole or part of a customer project to support the ION deployment delivery services of Nokia ensuring the remote tasks are delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. to support the ION deployment delivery services of Nokia.Supports the list of applicable remote tasks per projectSupports the customer project acceptance strategy for deployment acceptance part incorporating relevant references from relevant stakeholders.Utilizes customer documentation or business unit supplied documents, provisioning appropriate work instructions in support of remote tasksActs as the first technical point of contact during the execution of the remote tasks, ensuring rapid solution to the reported issues, with support from relevant partners.Completes the required training for a TBR SP engineerUses the requires tools and processes in support of executing remote tasksUtilizes & completes the associated reports / dashboards based on the remote tasks.Applies the correct processes and tools to monitor, report and optimize services delivery providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholdersMonitors and controls services delivery through operational KPIs, with guidance.Skills Profile:-IP & Optical Knowledge (basic level)Project Management working knowledgeProject Co-ordination knowledgeRollout of telecoms equipment and services understandingMicrosoft Excel, Word skillsGood communication & organization skills, Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: Optical Networks-L1 Planning and Organising-L4, Planning and Organising Language Skills: English Language-L2, Arabic Language-L1
