Job Description

    Job Title: Oracle Subscription Management CloudGrade: P3Exp: 5 to 8 yearsLocation: Pan IndiaNotice Period: 0 - 45 daysJD for theOSMresource:
    • More than 7 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle subscription management cloud.
    • At least oneOSMend-to-end implementation experience with good knowledge ofOSMfunctional configurations, BIP/OTBI reports, and Bursting queries.
    • Knowledge of implementing subscription renewals, evergreen subscriptions, and usage-based renewals.
    • Set up knowledge of pricing, items and CDM (customer data management), user and role creation
    • Experience in writing and understanding Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, REST, and SOAP APIs.
    • Handled at least one integration from and toOSM
    • Good with Excel-based data analysis to identify what APIs need to run for theOSMdata correction
    • Work as a single point of contact for the business, understand the requirements, and derive an amicable solution that is acceptable to the business, document the design documents, and get approval from the business.
    • Knowledge of JIRA will be added advantage
    • Handle the support tickets related toOSMwithin the defined SLA.
