Accountability* Responsible to achieve orders target for Ovation machine health monitoring business* Responsible to develop PWS s reliability solutions business for the power industry in the Asia Pacific region* Set sales targets for countries and drive country sales teams to achieve results.* Be the subject matter expert (SME) in reliability solutions for the power industry.* Provide support to PWS s country sales/proposal/operations team in the pursuit and implementation of Ovation machine health monitoring projects* Collaborate with country operation teams to drive Ovation machine health monitoring readiness plan* Drive strategic action plan to win through differentiation, buying behaviour and influencing of specifications* Contact with other world areas to get necessary support and leverage knowledge exchange.* Communicate regular updates on strategy / challenges / successes to managementOther Responsibilities* Do Ovation MHM proposal and costing in initial phase then transfer knowledge to country proposal teams* Deeply involved in first project execution to achieve first reference in country,
