Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and energetic Paid Media Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating, optimizing, and managing paid media accounts across various platforms including Paid Search, Shopping, and Paid Social. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets, while also supporting the development of Paid Media Executives and collaborating with Client Services to drive account strategy and departmental excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Creation:Create and set up new paid media campaigns for clients and partners.Support the development of paid media strategy alongside the Paid Media Manager.Research and analyze new market trends and seasonality fluctuations to optimize campaigns.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and implement new opportunities.Perform keyword and audience research to optimize targeting.Collaborate with the Audience & Data Insights Team to understand target audiences and trends.Create compelling ads for clients considering tone and brand.Analyze conversion tracking data to optimize campaigns.Prepare analysis for client review meetings.Collaborate with various teams to analyze end-of-campaign performance against objectives and business goals.Optimization and Development:Ensure basic optimization practices such as Search Query Reports, audience/placement targeting, and Budget Health Checks are implemented.Conduct A/B Testing on ad copy/formats, match types, landing pages, audiences, and placements.Align day-to-day operations with campaign strategies and commercial goals.Prioritize and implement work based on agreed deadlines.
