Job Description

To insure attendence , payrol Management, Leave Management, Conveyance reimbursement and Bank Transfer.
Good knoeledge of MS OFFICE , EXCEL , GOOD communication skills and writting skills.
Managing joining formalities , F&F settlement of employes Statutory complaince (PF, ESIC, Bonous etc), Appointment letter , relieving letter.
Monthly online PF & ESIC challan prepartion and making payment to authorities.
To track Mininmum wage revision by the state Govt from time to time and to send the notification to all the clients .
Handling and maintaing entire database of employees
Handling Employee grievance of salaries , PF, ESIC , leave etc and resolving the same on day to day basis.
Coordinating with new employees on salary account opening, issuing ID Cards & Aadhar card updation on PF & ESIC Portal.
Track & Ensure all statutory compliance are met and are in order as per clients s requirement.
Basic Knowledge of Labour Laws.
