General Manager - Plant Operations & AdministrationKey Responsibilities:1. Plant Operations ManagementOversee complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, dispatch, and storeEnsure achievement of daily/monthly production targets with optimum efficiencyDrive OEE, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives2. Customer & OEM CoordinationAct as the key interface for production, quality, and deliveryEnsure zero line stoppage and strict adherence to delivery schedulesHandle audits, customer complaints, and corrective actions3. Quality & Process ExcellenceEnsure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and automotive quality standardsDrive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, 5S)Strengthen inspection systems, gauges, and process controls4. Team Leadership & Workforce ManagementLead and manage a team of 200 workforce including engineers, supervisors, and operatorsHandle manpower planning, training, discipline, and IR issuesBuild a performance-driven and accountable shop floor culture5. Cost & ProfitabilityControl plant P&L including labor cost, rejection cost, and overheadsWork on cost optimization without compromising qualityManage vendor development and subcontracting effectively6. New Product Development (NPD) SupportCoordinate with design and tool room teams for smooth new product launchesEnsure timely trials, PPAP, and SOP readinessKey Requirements:Experience: 15-25 years in automotive manufacturing (sheet metal / fabrication preferred)Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringProven experience as Plant Head / Production Head in OEM or Tier-1 supplierStrong exposure to welding, fabrication, press shop, and assembly operationsHands-on experience with OEM audits and customer handlingStrong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skillsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six SigmaExperience with robotic welding and automationStrong understanding of tooling and NPD processesERP/MIS exposure for production trackingInterested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant@gmail.comWhatsApp and calling number is hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile
