Job Description

  • Should be capable of Handling Requirement Discussions, Elicitation of Requirements, Preparing Proposal Documents, Technical Documents,
  • Should have experience in Client Facing Role

  • Understand and manage product life cycle
  • Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the sales and marketing activities within an organization.
  • Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating; developing field sales action plans.
  • Conduct primary research: meet customers, understand need gap, check feasibility of different products, define research objective, develop questionnaire etc.
  • Perform secondary research: market research, competitor study
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company products or services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
  • Hunt for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling, Cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking Navigate around sales barriers of entry & ability to sell through pricing compression and maintain high margins on new sales Qualify prospects as per organization criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Give presentation and demonstrations to the prospective client.
  • Maintain high awareness of relevant domain knowledge, the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategy in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects from cold call to drafting & delivering proposals.
  • Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost, achieve assigned sales target & implement sales promotion strategy.
  • Prepare weekly report.
