Job Description

Kronos is looking for a passionate developer with high volume web application experience to join our Noida team. The individual needs to be able to deliver on the technical vision of the company and will work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement Workforce Management/ Human Capital Management Solutions consistent with the business objective.Able to work quickly and autonomously on complex issues where analysis of use cases, situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors and involves investigating issues and code execution, potentially, across all levels of the application stack, from database to the browser including external librariesExcellent understanding of programming and testing concepts, design patterns & best practices and can translate that understanding directly to implementationsDeep knowledge and stays on the forefront of all development languages and frameworks utilized by our applications (Java, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, Spring, Hibernate etc.)Suggest methods and technologies to improve our applications and development practicesMember of an agile development Scrum team, may act as a Scrum Master/ Technical Lead to drive the solution with other Developers, Product Managers and QA engineers Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack Java based web development: SQL, Java/ J2EE, MVC, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, XML, application servers and web servers, Java based REST API3+ years of working experience within a truly agile development team with test driven development experiencePreferred:Experience in developing software solutions for Payroll and Tax management applicationsWorking knowledge of US payroll and tax regulations and employee & employer level tax forms including W-2, W-4, 1099 and 940Previous experience in a SaaS or hosted solutionsWeb/ Cloud based distributed multi-tier application development using SOAP and RESTful web services Corporate overviewYou re empowered when you re a Kronite.
