Docketing and Trademark Services - US Patent / Trademark Docketing- Non - US Patent / Trademark Docketing (high complexity owing to multiple jurisdictions the correspondence comes from and knowledge of respective IP laws)- Trademark Managed Services1) Review correspondence received via (e - mail , shared site) and decide whether due date / activity needs to be created in IPMS or a query needs to be routed to client / agent.2) Based on action taken in above step a report out e - mail is created and sent to the client.3) Work done is reviewed by Quality Analyst before reporting to the client.Client CommunicationRespond to client queries(e - mails) based on SOP.Send e - mails to client seeking clarification on certain tasks.Attend conference calls with client to support the supervisor with process related inputs.The long term success of our business relies on our people feeling a part of what were doing.
