Job Description

    Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India. Location: Noida/ Ghaziabad About the Role:A relationship manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers under the Preferred Program. Enhance customer experience, increase profitability, cross-sell banking products, and acquire new Imperia relationships while ensuring superior service. Key Responsibilities:
    • HNW Portfolio Management: Acquire and manage HNW customers, enhance portfolio value, and control attrition.
    • Revenue & Business Growth: Achieve monthly/yearly targets through cross-selling and increasing product penetration.
    • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, engage with family networks, and ensure high customer retention.
    • Service Excellence: Deliver quality customer service, resolve queries within TAT, and promote digital banking channels.
    • Operational Compliance: Ensure error-free documentation, adhere to KYC/AML norms, and maintain process hygiene.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Education: Graduation/ Post- Graduation
    • Must have min 4- 5 years of experience in Portfolio Management, HNW Banking, and Wealth Management.
    • Certifications (Preferred): AMFI, IRDA, NCFM
    • Must have excellent communication skills and market awareness.
