Come, transform with us.Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Accounts Payable Are you the one we are looking for! We invite professionals with extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable Helpdesk/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.Handling email and phone inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors and Escheat customers. Delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Acts as liaison pertaining to Accounts Payable, ePro, Corporate Card, BCR, Escheat, Travel and Expenses, etc.
  • Develops communication between customers to have a smooth transaction.
  • Ability to perform and resolve query of a customer to build a better relationship
  • Supervise generic email box for incoming queries and acknowledge them as per SLA
  • Provide periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised
  • Transfer/Raise inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve/streamline process
  • Listen to customer s questions and concerns, action that needs to be taken to provide quality answers.
  • Acquire and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource by partner concern, if unable to resolve on a first time final basis.
  • Research and resolve inquiries relating to Accounts Payable, Budget, Travel and Expenses, Product Ordering, Escheat and Corporate Card.
  • Follow up on customer interactions in a timely manner.
  • Connect with West team members to address issues and concerns.
  • Take action on feedback provided.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Helpdesk experience/Customer Service (Procurement and Accounts Payable Domain preferred)
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
  • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
