Job Description

In this role, youll report to the Hiring Compliance Leader and supports key activities of Operational Risk. The goal of Operational Risk is to establish a robust control environment and an excellent risk management culture. Developing a dedicated control approach assists in achieving strategic objectives, promotes efficiency, reduces the risk of loss and helps in ensuring compliance with corporate policies & procedures, laws and regulations.Youll be required to conduct risk and compliance assessments and periodic reviews including, but not limited to:Process Controls across hiring functionMSA/SOW complianceGenpact policies and environment controlsYou shall help to develop Policies and procedures as needed to address gaps and/or minimize risk and ensure compliance with Genpact standards, laws and regulations based on risk assessments and incident trackingYou shall coordinate all Internal and External audits (Genpact +Customer) and vendor reviewsManages remediation of gaps and/or breakdowns in controlsInteract regularly on compliance and controllership with the external and internal stakeholdersPrepares and publishes reports for delivery to third parties, internal stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum qualificationsAny GraduateProficient in MS Power Point, Word and ExcelExcellent communication, presentation and articulation skillsFlexible to shifts, and willing to travelPreferred QualificationsProficient with risk assessment and audit proceduresAbility to take independent decisions,
