Job Description Process Manager - Outbound Sales Job Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize /develop the sales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes, etc. 2. Responsible to manage both outbound sales motion 3. Supervises AMs to achieve and exceed sales objectives 5. Creates an assertive sales culture and environment. 6. Sets and monitors Team metrics and goals 7. Works with Client to analyze sales training opportunities as well as, design, develop and deliver associate sales training 8. Participates in regular call monitoring for quality purposes and understanding of current business conditions and devising strategy and taking timely corrective actions based on understand of Data analysis. 9. Undertakes a range of activities and projects to deliver exceptional customer experience. 10. Develop, train and implement operational and sales tools for Team Leaders /AMs to utilize in day to day management of their teams 11. Excellent in attrition control. Additional Information Candidate should have at least 5 -7 years outbound sales experience. Should have at least 2 -3 Years of experience as a Sales Manager,
