Job Description

We have an active community of 5000+ stay at home moms who have been the perfect partner in our journey. Our on-demand workforce of callers (industry ready, pre-trained, cloud-based agents) reaches out to prospective inbound leads within a matter of minutes, and effectively nurture and qualify them for sales teams, making sales for our customers extremely streamlined and predictable.

Job Description Core Responsibilities:
  1. You will work with the Product Managers to shape the product in the right direction. You will also get to work with the cross functional team.
  2. You will be responsible for product research and analysis.
  3. You will be creating dashboards, product demos and assisting the product manager in running the sprint.
  4. You will also be responsible for tracking the OKR, maintaining the roadmap, and feature list.
  5. You will own the customer queries, internal team queries bug management.
  6. You will brutally prioritize problem statements where the focus is on the reach, impact, and time-to-ship of a solution. You need to be passionate about understanding customer s problems and dispassionate about what the best solution looks like.
  7. Actively contribute towards growing the product culture at Squad
Requirements:
  • Know-how of technology that goes behind the product.
  • Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Good knowledge of excel and sql.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and listen intently.
  • Wise, curious and independent learning machine.
  • Flexible to work across timezone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of experience

  • Location: We re fully remote till December 2021, but we do have our office open in Noida in case you want to work from the office you are free to do :)
