Financial Software Product Development MNC is looking for Business Analyst / Product Specialist / Product Analyst / Business Analyst for Loan Management / Loan Origination / Lending Systems.Create the product functional requirements; gather and analyze requirements from internal and external clients and document and them, write detailed user stories and manage process communications with developers and QA teams Analyze & research the market specific requirement to get product fit for specific region/market. Create various industry standard product collaterals and assist in managing product releases as per roadmap Drive and act as a product owner for managing sprint development across various agile development stages REQUIRED SKILLS Some experience in developing and defining product requirements and managing products in a fast-paced, high-growth technology software company Adept at conducting product research and analysis Good proficiency in Lending business domain having worked on different stages of lending lifecycle, eg- origination, disbursements, servicing and operation and collection Person with experience in loan servicing and management lifecycle from disbursement till loan closure will be highly preferred Experience working on various UI/design prototyping/Mock-ups and flow design tools Good analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to identify business issues Should have experience on business analysis / requirement elicitation/ documentations skills Awareness of Agile/ Scrum process with working experience in an Agile development environment will be preferred. Exposure to customer/ product implementation processes or previous onsite experience in a BFSI project Hands on any Enterprise lending/ core banking product (Flexcube, Finacle, Finnone, Intellect, LoanIQ etc)
