Job Description Create right connect, communication channel and review mechanism with client. Plan execution of SharePoint and . Net based projects with boundaries, milestones as per projects objective to time and cost. Make agreement with all stakeholders. Develop right design, branding and Selection of technology to create right solution and code for performance and right user experience. Create efficient and logical databases for clients as per need. Assign right resources to right task and track completion of task. Communicate project status, identify and resolve risks on time, escalate issues and enforce construction standards. Plan for testing and deployment. Follow project management processes like Agile, waterfall, use right tools for managing tasks and time. Work with onshore / offshore delivery team with optimum productivity level. Develop positive and productive relationships with client personnel and with other stakeholders. Patriciate and prepare to respond to RFP, RFQ with appropriate Sharepoint and O365 based solution, effort estimation, project plan etc. Document all learning and project case to showcase work to future clients. Take feedback, work to maximize customer experience. Experience in delivering Enterprise content management projects involving O365 and SharePoint online, SharePoint on premise packages. Strong skills with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance O365 / SharePoint based applications. Design exposure in building and supporting large user base. UX/ UI understanding to create great user experience out of every project. Experience background involving C#, . NET, JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, HTML5, ReactJS, mobile technologies. Experience to Development variety of Applications involving SharePoint Online and O365. DevOps processes and related tools. Experience in using TFS or VSTS configuration tools. Familiar with O365 application Teams, flows, One-Drive, Power Apps. Understanding of Overall architecture for O365. Digital Workspace designing especially in O365. Migration experience Specifically to O365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, Specifically demonstrated for new client onboarding which includes expectation setting, requirements negotiation, architectural & functional design, Reporting status and charing a review call. Other Skills Required Motivates the team, monitors progress closely, well versed with the processes involved and software development life cycle especially agile. Develop proof-of-concept apps efficiently when needed. Design of solutions that leverage out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality. Act as the subject matter expert on best practices for O365. Creates documentation and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements design and estimation. Microsoft certifications for administration and/ or development in O365, SharePoint preferred. Experience in handling senior management with strong stakeholder management. Solve, envision and understand new possibilities by identifying the right solutions for given business problem. Ability to bring Architectural support, Design considerations and best practices. Prior experience in as advisory role for O365 is a big plus.,
