Job Description

This role sits in our product SquadIQ, read more about the product below:-About SquadIQSquadIQ (formerly SquadVoice) is a sales outreach and engagement platform that helps companies in SE Asia leverage humans and technology to generate more revenue opportunities. Sales and fulfilment teams at Tata Cliq, Delhivery, Upstox, ZestMoney, Aakash Education and Times Group (BCCL) are among the many companies that are using this product to engage and convert their leads and drive 2-5x opportunities for revenue growth.Since April 2020, SquadIQ has been growing at 200% every month as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the shift towards distributed workforces and remote-first technology to solve sales and fulfilment digitally.What you ll be doing

  • You will work with the Product Managers to shape the internal product in the right direction
  • You will be responsible for maintaining customization and edit logs, create feature release documentation, and add release notes for the product releases for the team
  • You will be creating & updating internal product manuals
  • You will join the customer calls to understand the challenges in onboarding, operations & value being driven for the customer and accordingly collaborate with the product team to solve it
  • You will help the experimentation team in setting up & running the experiments
  • You will be helping with feature exploration for designing PRDs
  • You will be helping the sales/ops team understand the latest feature releases
  • You will be looking after the product issues faced by the team and helping them troubleshoot the issue as the first line of defence
  • You will be helping the Operations teams (BoAs) & Customer Success Team (CS) explore & set-up customer integrations and get to the root cause (RCA) of any product/tech error as the first line of defence
What you should have
  • Be data-informed and highly customer-centric
  • Good analytical skills with a good grasp on spreadsheet analysis & SQL
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Should be a fast learner
  • Ability to clearly communicate and listen intently
  • Wise, curious, and independent learning machine.
  • You must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Operations Ex. 2+ total work experience preferred

Logistics:-
  • Compensation: 5-8 LPA
