Job Description

    Title :Product Ops - Manager - CSTAt CST Product we are redefining the experience of our customers, using AI and automations which will help us to identify the user intent with Context to provide one click resolution and adding intelligence to identify product gaps and downtime.We are also building a scalable platform to integrate with multiple products to provide Data sanity and Unified Customer experienceAbout the role:Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect) We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.What you ll do:Lead all product operations tasks related to storefront widgets, testing, go-live and implementationAssist in building the Overall Product Roadmap for the Central App Team aligned with the broader company vision and targetsMeasurement & analytics support for homepage and flyout performance by defining key metrics and setting up dashboards to closely monitor product funnelsDesign A/B experiments to test various hypothesis and derive insights from themGenerate actionable insights from both qualitative research about the product & quantitative data findings and leverage the same for product improvementsExpectations/Requirements2-6 years of professional experience in managing the projects with good analytical & communication skills.Product grasp - capable of identifying product-user gaps and creating product stories on how to mitigate theseAnalytics - must demonstrate exceptional analytical skills coupled with a genuine passion for learning new analytical tools to automate dashboards and reportsExcellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and presentation skillsOperations skills - experience with setting up processes, carrying out implementation audits, prioritizing multiple tasksPrior experience with freshdesk and haptik is a big plus.,
