Project Planning and Status Updates- Define project scope based on productManager inputs and work with lead for developing project plan. Organize and lead projectstatus; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations fromplans Product Manager/Lead Support - Support the Product Manager/Lead in managingcustomer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications,and helping to implement an effective system of project governance Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-definedproject management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives toimplement best practices for Agile Project Management Team Management - Assist in team development while holding teams accountablefor their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizationalresources to improve capacity for project workMinimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent having 10+ years experience with minimum 5+years of experience in project management Solid understanding of and experience in using appropriate tools: o Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence etc o Microsoft Project, Visio and all Office Tools Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well asexpert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices andthe ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and businessenvironment Strong planning, and organizational skills with an ability to managecompeting demands Proven ability to lead software development Team skills project management ,
