Job Description

    Hi,Greetings from Unison International!
    • An EIR (entrepreneur in residence) role for handling a B2B & B2C project for a salon luxury brand.
    • Heading the entire brand.
    • Identify property for new retail store locations and negotiate terms for lease or sale of property.
    • Develop a schedule of milestones for project completion.
    • Oversee contractor bidding process and negotiate contracts with selected contractors.
    • Construct project budget and conduct financial analysis to determine viability of project.
    • Obtain required building and land use permits, and manage legal paperwork associated with project site.
