Job Description

    Urgent Hiring For Project Manager Profile.Experience 5 years minimumCTC 10 lpaQualification Graduation/B.E CivilGender : MaleLocation : NoidaIndustry Preference Construction /Infrastructure Background Roles & Responsibility
    • Responsible for establishing strategic partnership and identifying prospective business property.
    • Identifying and evaluating properties / sites and negotiating with respective prospects.
    • Feedback and analysis regarding site feasibility, catchment, competition benchmarking, project cost, market potential, and operational cost v/s revenue.
    • Research & Market analysis to assist business development & expansion.
    • Coordinating with agencies for promotions and branding elements i.e., co-laterals, brochures, pamphlet, standee, pole banners, etc
    • Other key activities are ensuring timely cheque/payment to the clients and submissions to finance.
    • Maintain relationship with broker and developers for new property locations in the market.
    • Bridge the gap between cross functional department.
    Required Skills:
    • B.E Civil /Bachelors / masters degree with relevant experience into property management.
    • Excellent Business Development & Negotiation skills.
    • High level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracy.
