As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be required to communicate with German-speaking stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.- Conduct risk management analysis and develop mitigation strategies.- Organize and lead project meetings with clients, especially those in German-speaking regions.- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and project budgets.- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.- Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Ensure compliance with project management processes and best practices.Mandatory Skills:- Fluency in German (both written and verbal) able to communicate effectively with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.- Proven experience inproject managementacross multiple domains.- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Good to Have Skills:- Certifications likePMP (Project Management Professional),PRINCE2, orScrum Master.- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com,Smartsheet, orBasecamp.- Experience working with international clients, especially in theGerman-speaking market.- Experience in IT/Software Development Projects.Experience:- Minimum7 years of experiencein project management.- Previous experience in working with German clients or teams is highly desirable.- Proven track record indelivering complex projectson time and within scope.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering,Business Administration, or related fields.- German language certification(e.g., Goethe Institute) is a plus.SkillsStakeholder Management, German, Account Management
