Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).NTT DATA Network and Telephony Project Management Office (PMO) Project Program Management Senior SpecialistJob summary: The Project Program Management Senior Specialist manages multiple projects as a member of NTT DATA s Network and Telephony PMO. These projects provide NTT DATA clients with network and telephony solutions in support of NTT DATA s delivery of its core digital services. As a member of the Network and Telephony PMO, the Project Program Management Senior Specialist leads cross-functional teams of technical and business specialists. Typical PMO projects include new client Transitions, network and telephony infrastructure buildouts, and development of telephony solutions, including Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and integration with third party tools. Responsibilities: Manage projects, including: o Manages several projects of varying complexity o Define and document project requirements based on business requirements o Lead cross-functional project teams, both for standalone projects and as members of larger Programs or Transitions o Develop and execute project plans, project schedules, and other project documentation and artifacts o Assign and track tasks and activities for members of the project team o Manage project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID), including escalating issues and risks as necessary o Manage Action Item logs o With light supervision, manage procurement, internal communication, cost management, quality management and other activities to support the management of assigned projects o Provide governance reporting and timesheet approvals as necessary Identifies opportunities and recommends project management process improvements Adhere to NTT DATA and PMO standards and best practices Meet the professional and educational obligations of a project manager, including achieving and maintaining professional project management certifications such as PMP and Prince2 Qualifications and skills: 6-8 years relevant experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Project Management professional certifications such as PMP, Prince and/or Agile preferred Experience and/or knowledge of network and telephony projects preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to motivate and lead project team members from other organizations within NTT DATA Services About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
