You will manage the Quality audit flow and create better approach to improve the translation quality to ensure it meets Amazon s high quality bar. Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us develop translation quality to meet translation tools efficacy while protecting our high-quality customer experience.Key job responsibilities Executing the transaction quality measurement framework for Rosetta serving Japanese customer. Perform audits of internal administration, Prepare plan and approach to improve translation efficacy. Audit in a professional, ethical, and objective manner of contacts to ensure adherence to quality audit standards. Accurately execute auditing tasks in a timely manner to meet programmatic and operational needs. Display decision making aptitude based on audit guidelines and in ambiguous contexts. Identify root cause of defects and process improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency, quality and Seller experience. Participate in calibrations and calibrate to quality outcomes. Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets., Japanese Language proficiency - Candidate should be proficient in Read, Write & Speak Japanese language.Graduation or Post Graduation equivalent. N1 Certification or equivalent in Japanese. Strong knowledge in language vocabulary and grammar. Auditing/quality monitoring experience, preferably in a quality process role supporting a contact center environment. Demonstrated strong analytical skills; including the ability to find, interpret, and make recommendations based on available data. Demonstrated detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to identification and problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to drive customer service quality improvement initiatives. Self-starter, seeks out new tasks when work is complete. Aptitude to take on and execute special projects.. Open to working in shifts and rotational week offs.. Aptitude for grasping and applying acquired knowledge. Self-motivation and a strong bias for action; the ability to hit aggressive productivity goals without micromanagement. Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goal. Bachelors degree or equivalent. N1 Certification or equivalent in Japanese. Fluent in Japanese and English Reading, Writing and Verbal communication Minimum 1 year evidencing exceptional customer service Familiarity with Desktop Computing: Windows PC s, Outlook Email, Web Browsers and the Internet Good comprehension skills -- ability to clearly understand and relate to the issues customers raise Good composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response Effective problem solving skills. Ability to approach problems logically. Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills. A natural ability to building rapport
