Job Description

    • Monitoring team performance, developing training modules and conducting need based training sessions for team members.
    • Developing and implementing strategies aiming at process improvement.
    • Quality analysis of the call flow.
    • Maintenance of AHT on the call.
    • Quality of linear and logical troubleshooting.
    • Take sessions of the team for the new process related updates.
    • Score monitoring, D-sat analysis and case scrubbing.
    • Make sure that the people are using the tools for troubleshooting designed by the company.
    • Complete Outflow analysis and identified quality outlier.
    • Create an action plan for implementation by providing feedback.
    • Knowledge of 7 Tools and Quality parameters.
