- Responsible & accountable for the quality of the web & mobile applications on iOS, Android, web, Windows, macOS platforms- Perform black box and white box testing of mobile, web, and desktop applications- Perform regression tests prior to market release- Create and update test cases- Prioritize and execute test cases as directed by leads that are focused on functionality testing, UI testing, and usability of mobile and desktop applications- Work in a collaborative team environment, including Product and development teams to characterize and report software issues- Review and analyze system specifications- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans- Create logs to document testing phases and defects- Report bugs and errors to development teams- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.SKILLS & ABILITIES :- Experience in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment- A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position- Ability to write intermediate SQL Queries- Software quality assurance experience of object-oriented solutions, REST services, microservice architecture, test-driven development, and acceptance testing- Familiarity with tools used to automate the deployment of an enterprise software solution to the cloud, Concourse, Ansible, etc.- Proficiency with Git as a version control system.- Experience in database modeling, relational and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and techniques/tools such as MySQL, SQL, etc.- Experience with testing tools such as xUnit, Selenium, mocking frameworks, etc.- Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through.- Experience with continuous deployment, unit testing, and automation tools like Jasmine & Selenium- Ability to perform cross-browser testing to validate functionality across supported browsers.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,
