Job Description

    Designation - Quality AuditorLocation - NoidaResponsibilities :1) Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time2) Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes3) Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline4) Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline5) Send a report to the Quality Manager for day to day activities6) Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the givenSOP7) Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills8) Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics9) Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes10) Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficienciesidentified during the audit processRequirements :1) Candidate must have minimum 2 year of experience as a QA in US sales or marketingcampaigns.2) Must have US sales voice process experience3) Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check4) Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc5) Have good Written and Verbal command in English6) Can start the work from home immediately7) Have relevant skills and interests8) Comfortable in US Shifts.9) Candidate should be comfortable to work from office
