Job Description

    This position is for a FORTUNE 100 Client based in NOIDA. Excellent written English and oral communications skills a must. Duties:
    • Understand features under development, participate in feature scrum meetings, provide inputs from quality and workflow standpoint.
    • Document test cases, create test plans, discover bugs within software/feature, record test progress and results, identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing, identify any potential problems that users might encounter, research and analyze product features being tested, review user interfaces for consistency and functionality, follow standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness, perform manual and automated testing.
    Skills Required:
    • 3-6 years of experience working in software quality domain with hand on testing experience on desktop, web and/or mobile.
    • Experience with a product based company is desired but not mandatory.
    • Experience in executing test plans, filing bugs and working with engineering teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
    • Ability to work independently and provide inputs on release readiness of a feature based on testing progress, issues and risk analysis.
    • Ability to quickly understand features under testing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good hold on bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle management.
    • Experience in creating test plans.
    • Experience with test case management systems.
    • Engineering and/or masters in Computer Science, IT and related field.
