Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greetings of the day!Profile:QualityManagerWork Location:NoidaExperience:10to 15 yearsQualification:B.tech/ Diploma
    • Handling Quality system IQC,OQC and PQC of assembly Line, SMT line and M.I Assy line.
    • Maintain Quality Standards of products as per customer specification.
    • Process and product audit as per control plan and PFD.
    • Ensure production process as per Defined SOP and WI.
    • Making Monthly quality performance Reports and documents.
    • NPI & PTR with engineering team and customer to ensure process, PPAP requirement.
    • To train new operator and skill Enhancement ,Maintain record for same.
    • To verify Program in pick and place machine and FPA during start up.
    • Daily monitoring of wave soldering and manual soldering process.
    • Reduction & Analysis of Rejection at production floor.
    • Process & ESD Audit in SMT and Through hole assembly.
    • Identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
    • Collating and analyzing performance data & charts against defined parameters
    • Training and mentoring Operations and Quality Team on Improvement themes viz. Mistake Proofing, Automation, Knowledge Management, Asset Re-use and other relevant improvement themes.
    • Vendor quality assurance and audit at supplier end.
    • Work on kaizen to improve productivity & Quality.
    • To analyze customer rejection and field failure.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • 8D, CAPA, MSA, SPC, 4M, 7QC TOOLS.
    • POKAYOKE, KAIZEN,MSD HANDLING
    • ESD, FIFO, PPAP, 5S, INVENTORY CONTROL.
    • Internal Interface: All departments
    • External Interface: Internal and external bodies
