    • Experience in ORALCE / Teradata DBs
    • UNIX Basic Commands
    • Experience using SAS tool is a plus
    • Experience testing MicroStrategy reports a plus
    • Experience in Datawarehouse testing automation
    The candidate must be a QA/test engineer who has expertise in ETL testing skills, technical debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the analytical and communication skills to work within a QA Team testing a data warehouse. The candidate must have experience converting ETL specs containing business data requirements as well as SQL queries to test cases and validating very large datasets. The candidate must be able to compare XML and flat files to data warehouse tables. The candidate must have experience using test and defect management skills, Quality Center/ALM is preferred. Hands-on experience testing data warehouses is required and the candidate must take the responsibility for analyzing and understanding the database tables, data warehouse structure, and the data model. The candidate must have proven ability to work successfully within an onshore-offshore model as an independent self-starter able to take on the responsibility for analyzing and understanding data requirements.
