    • Configuration Engineer is responsible for Configuration management, trouble shooting, and technical support for the Vodafone Australia, Operation, integration, Network Acceptances & troubleshooting.
    • Handling Vendors & on call Technical support to field team.
    • Handling Change management & resolving TT assigned to respective domains
    • Escalates the Fault details to customer, where third party involvement is required to fix the issue permanently.
    • Special event management, readiness, checks and preparations
    • Preparation of agree SLAs on daily basis and get them review with VHA management.
    • Preparation of acceptance KPIs and take the appropriate actions to ensure KPIs are maintained at the agreed thresholds
    • Provide vendor escalation
    • Assist the team in process improvement
    • Provide emergency support
    • Other activities as directed by management

Solid knowledge in Huawei 2G,3G and LTE products U2020, BSC 6910, BSC6900, All Series of BTS 3900 and all series of BTS 5900 Good knowledge in troubleshooting of RAN/LTE BTS and RNC Must have working Knowledge in RNC Integration and commissioning in Multivendor environment Strong Knowledge in 3G, LTE and 5G site integration, scripting, troubleshooting, and operation level skills. Working knowledge in the Performance report analysis . Good knowledge in Radio Protocols. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in Transmission Equipment s Background
    • 4 + years experience in telecommunications or related industry
    • Experience in configuration and preferably Manage Services
