Job Description

We are having an urgent opening for the position of New Business Development with a Real Estate Company in Noida. Experience Required: 5-8 Years Qualification:From Grade A College (preferably MBA in Finance) Indicative Attributes:

  • RE experience with solid understanding of Delhi property market and preferably a couple of other cities.
  • Valuation and financial modelling to assess business case of RE opportunities
  • One who has had the experience of structuring JDA/DM kind of model in Commercial and/or Residential space
  • Business acumen to conduct primary market and secondary research across RE asset classes (Commercial, Residential etc)
  • Ability to communicate business case, market research findings through power point presentations
