    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Build software to help operations and support teams 2 Fix support escalation issues; Optimize on-call rotations and processes 3 Document tribal knowledge 4 Conducting post-incident reviews
        • Technical Experience : 1 Develop automation for mission critical applications using scripts, programs 2 Provide customer impact analysis and troubleshoot complex issues using domain knowledge of ATT Sales Ordering flows, applications and downstream interfaces 3 Support APIs in K8s environment 4 Contribute to design and implementation of new system layers utilizing principles of high-complexity compute environments 5 Provide on-call support for Production customer facing issues 6 Work with developers, environment team
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 2 7 years experience in Production Support / Operations environment/ Development 3 5 years experience in Java, Python, Shell scripts 4 2 years experience using Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud environments
        • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of Education
      • Additional Information : 1 Kubernetes Certified Engineer or equivalent certification 2 Azure / AWS certification
