Role: Individual ContributorReporting to BDM/Unit HeadRoles & Responsibility:Responsible for telecalling & fixing an appointmentDirect selling to the customers via appointments ( Office / Home visits).Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achievedEnsure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/Manager are attended and reverted withinthe TAT.Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated andmaintained on a daily basis.Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.Customer Servicing & Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.Desired Candidate:A graduate between 23 to 35 yrs of age.Hardcore Sales experience of 1+ Yrs for the position of RM.Minimum of one year of experience in Life insurance (direct sales)For the position of SRM, PM & WMMust have Bike & be a local resident for at least 3 yrsGood relationship management skills and pleasing personality.Dynamic and result oriented approach with good communication and networking skills
