Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and acquire new high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs and investment objectives.
• Sales and Investment Product Knowledge:
  • Focus on selling equity-based investment products, including demat accounts and investment advisory services.
  • Develop and implement a customer marketing plan focused on wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement through an in-depth client analysis.
  • Maximize the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Sound knowledge of equity-based investment products and the financial markets.
• Proficiency in identifying customer needs and assessing risk profiles.
• Understanding of wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
