We are hiring experienced Geopolitical Research Analysts from India for remote, part-time collaboration. This role is ideal for researchers and writers who have produced professional geopolitical analysis for governments, policy bodies, think tanks, political research organizations, or reputable news agencies.Organisation: Leading International Political Risk & Consulting FirmAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced professionals from the Natural Resources, Energy, and Minerals sector who have worked in analytical, strategic, or policy-oriented roles involving geopolitical evaluation.This role involves producing high-quality geopolitical risk analysis focused on how global political developments impact energy markets, natural resources, supply chains, and strategic sectors.This is a remote, part-time opportunity to contribute to global advisory projects used by institutional clients.Mandatory Experience We will only consider candidates who have professional experience in any of the following sectors/organizations:
    • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in Oil & Gas, Power, Coal, Mining, or Energy
    • Large private sector companies in Energy, Natural Resources, Metals, or Infrastructure
    • Roles involving strategic analysis, policy evaluation, market intelligence, or geopolitical risk assessment within these industries
    Applications outside these domains will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct in-depth research on global geopolitical developments and assess their impact on energy markets, natural resources, and strategic industries
    • Prepare detailed analytical reports (1,500 words) with forward-looking insights and risk implications
    • Evaluate factors such as policy changes, international relations, trade dynamics, sanctions, conflicts, and regulatory shifts
    • Provide actionable recommendations for business decision-making, market entry, and risk mitigation
    • Collaborate with a global team to develop scenario-based analysis and strategic outlooks
    • Ensure all outputs meet high standards of accuracy, structure, and source credibility
    Candidate Profile
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Energy Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, or related fields
    • 510 years of experience in Energy / Natural Resources / PSU / Mining / Oil & Gas sectors
    • Demonstrated experience in preparing analytical reports, policy notes, market intelligence reports, or strategic briefs
    • Strong understanding of global energy markets, geopolitical risks, and policy environments
    • Ability to connect political developments with business and economic outcomes
    • Excellent written English with the ability to produce client-grade reports
    • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under deadlines
    Preferred Skills
    • Exposure to international markets, trade flows, or cross-border energy dynamics
    • Experience in risk analysis, scenario planning, or strategic forecasting
    • Familiarity with data sources such as IEA, World Bank, IMF, OPEC, or industry intelligence platforms
    Compensation & Engagement Model
    • Trial Phase: 2 paid reports (14,000 per report)
    • Post-selection: 19,000 per report (up to 40,000 for high-quality work)
    • Monthly earning potential: 80,000 2,40,000 based on output and quality
