Position:Sales Associate (Sales & Ops)Exp:1 YearsWorking Mode:WFO, 5 DaysLocation:Noida,Kolkata, LucknowRole Overview:Sales Associate - 3 Wheeler Business UnitWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Champion to build a new business from scratch.As the Sales Associate, the individual will be responsible to build the distribution network fromscratch in a new city, and manage a large portfolio of channel partners with an opportunity to growinto a leadership role.Key Responsibilities / What Youll Do:
• Distribution Network Development : Building an exhaustive distribution network ofdealers, sub-dealers, DCO influencers and other EBIs (external business influencers),and managing the relationship and entire lead funnel for your portfolio.
• Sales Cycle Ownership : Own the entire lifecycle of Sales, from generating leads todisbursement, while managing an efficient sales funnel.
• NPS Management : Ensuring the best possible experience for customers and channelpartners.
Experience & Qualifications: A bachelors degree from a reputed university. Work experience of 1-2 years, across sales, distributor management functions in theautomotive industry. Exposure to BFSI is preferred. Track record of overachieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Prior work experience/ Native of Lucknow Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
