Job Description

Phistream Consulting has been empowering business transformation for our customers by helping them to improve the quality and safety of their products, assets and processes.Phistream Consulting is looking for passionate individual for the role ofSales Coordinatorfor its HQ based at Noida.Qualification:Should be MBA in Marketing/Sales from reputed University.The person will be responsible for supporting various sales activities for business growth. The responsibilities include research, lead generation, bid response preparation & lead follow up. Also responsible in identifying sales opportunities and passing on the intelligence gathered to the sales teams.Research & Business Planning: Build and manage business plan for the allocated geography / customers. Conduct (secondary) research on aspects like,

  • Target industries on market trends, challenges, etc.
  • Target companies, company profile, etc.
  • Target stakeholders & contact information
  • map the outsourcing landscape and develop account penetration plans
Lead Generation: Generating leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach, sourcing tenders, etc.
  • Proactive Lead Generation - plan & execute customer outreach, through email campaigns, cold-calling, etc.
  • Identify potential strategic deals and develop the tactics needed to bring them to fruition
  • Sourcing tenders and bids through secondary research
  • Develop, and build upon positive professional relationships gaining the confidence of assigned client representatives
Pipeline Conversion:
  • Prepare presentations and Bid response documents
  • Tracking & follow-up on bids, through timely intervention and active resolution of customer queries
  • Work closely with Sales team to ensure closure of deals and support in the hand-off to delivery teams
Lead Management & Reviews:
  • Maintain strong governance on recording & tracking leads and pipeline
  • Monitoring health & progress of pipeline in different stages
  • Reporting & MIS
Key skills required:
  • Good knowledge of Sales process and drivers in B2B sales
  • Experience in early stage sales including research, inside sales, campaigns
  • Experience of working in both Government & Private Sector bids
  • Knowledge of TPI industry will be preferred
  • Solid understanding of companys market, players, technologies and services.
  • Good networking in related markets.
  • Ability to connect and drive relationships at the senior level
