Accountable to drive & generate revenue for business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls and chatManage & maintain SLAs like AHT, login hours, attendance, daily call target, etcResponsible for Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly targets for conversion rate and revenue.Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional products and servicesShould be well versed with Adobe solution/products that he/she will be responsible to position or sell.Proactively take time out periodically to update/appraise on the new Adobe Solutions offeringEnsuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplaceTitleSales Manager(Inbound Sales)LocationNoida-Sector 25A)RequirementMinimum 2- 6 years of Inside sales experienceGoodCommunication Skills(9 out of 10)and SAAS experience is mandatoryGood understanding in sales cycle / Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach.
