Job Responsibilities:-On Board and Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demos. Establishing , maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible. Educate, train Retail Partners on the app mechanism to ensure smooth processing.Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.Coordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursals. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Qualifications and Years of ExperienceAny UG ( Minimum 12th pass ) / GraduateYears of Experience- 1 to 5 Years in Channel salesPreferred SkillsGood communication skills, Convincing/presentation skills.Go getter attitude with prior achievements preferred.
