We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations at ourfurniture showroom. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managinginventory and providing exceptional service to clients.Key Responsibilities:* Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.* Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions and enhancing their showroom experience.* Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showrooms furniture offerings and assist customers with product selection.* Team Development: Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer service skills.* Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels align with sales demand.* Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and strategies to improve results.
