Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization. This includes , but not limited to , building up and maintaining a target list of potential clients , pitching to potential new clients. Effective and committed involvement in various promotional activities organized both at self level as well as organizational level. Identify sales leads , pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings Involve in cold calling and obtaining regular raw data from the company for lead generation. Reporting to the team lead and Sr. BDM regarding daily follow ups and promotional activity planning. Skills / Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Communication is a must and cannot be violated in any way , shape or form. Communication plays a very high role in this position. Ability to work independently , with little supervision.
