Job Description

    Sales Manager (Digital Marketing)Position Title: Sales Manager Location:Noida, UP Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Sales / Head of Sales Department: Sales Experience Level: 3-5 Years in Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing)Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced digital marketing company. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and a track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to meet revenue goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing industry and be part of a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy Development:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the companys client base.
      • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients within the digital marketing space.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
    • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
      • Generate leads through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and attending industry events.
      • Qualify leads and convert them into clients by identifying their needs and positioning our digital marketing services effectively.
      • Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales calls to showcase the companys digital marketing solutions.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
      • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and onboarding.
      • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth handover and successful implementation of services post-sale.
    • Sales Team Leadership:
      • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
      • Monitor team performance, conduct regular meetings, and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and close rates.
      • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, product) to ensure the alignment of sales and business goals.
    • Sales Targets & Reporting:
      • Set clear sales goals and KPIs for yourself and the team, ensuring consistent performance towards meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
      • Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversions, pipeline health, and client acquisition metrics.
      • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.
    • Market Research & Industry Trends:
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
      • Understand competitors offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
      • Identify market needs and recommend new product or service offerings based on client feedback and market analysis.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Experience:
      • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales role within a digital marketing company or tech-driven service industry.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
      • Demonstrated success in sales, including achieving revenue targets and generating new business.
      • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
    • Skills & Competencies:
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical clients.
      • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
      • Ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt sales strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
      • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deals and client relationships simultaneously.
