Job Description

    Sales Manager for Magnetic materials and electronic componentslocation : noidaexp 2 -8 years1. Description looking for a sales manager to join our team within Magnetic materials/Electronic components for our location in India. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has experience and understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in the fields of magnetic materials / electronic components.2. Responsibilities.Develop and execute strategies to gain business in magnetic materials/electronic components in Indian market.Acquire and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customerneeds and objectives.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementto meet sales quotas.Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives.Prepare reports on account status.Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.Assist with challenging client requests3. Qualifications.Min. 1 year of sales experience, especially experience for magnetic materials /electronic components is preferred..Min. bachelors degree.Proven work experience as an (Key) Account Manager, Sales Account Manager,Business Development Manager or relevant role.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Experience in dealing with Indian customers.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues (especially withheadquarters in China).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Team player within an international team.We look forward to your application (in English) with a notice about your desiredsalary and certificates and the time you can start working
