The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and supporting business growth in the Hong Kong market.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations and other teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
Requirements
• 89 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
• QSR industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Benefits & Employment Terms
• Salary: 1,50,000 per month
• Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
• Contract: 2 years, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
