Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients in designated territories. The role requires on-the-ground engagement, product presentations, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned region.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products/services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
