General Purpose: Supports the team members & management by providing relevant, high quality information and deliverables on time.Main Responsibility Area:Typically helps to carry out business analyses. Analytical Skills : Business Acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Excel Pivots, Vlookup,charts,Macros etc.)Administrative handling the requests from Region hitting GSSTicket generation and tracking till closureEnsure correct routing request to different stake holders e.g. Bid work, Monitoring. EtcEnsuring communication towards the RegionManaging escalation update and routing on specific requestsAbility to understand technologies (telecom) involved in the request/Bid and able to do primary level of stripping of tender documentsRequest and Ensure list management and generation, forecast list collationSupport and manage statistics generation and reporting SLA/Daily Dash boardWorking with stakeholders and Ensure business priorities are achievedDevelop concept across tools and emerging market technology through automation of process and driving quality administrationAdditional Requirements:Experience in working on CRM/ERP tools, excel and MS office suitExperience in handling and communicating with customers in global environmentUniversity graduate with bachelor degreeTelecommunication working experiences will be an add-onAbility to work on Excel macros & MS Access to enable automation of repeatable process.
