Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: o Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focused on business loan products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems.o Customize training material and methods based on the evolving needs of the business and sales targets.Sales Process Training: o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales teams understanding of business loan products, including loan features, benefits, compliance, and underwriting processes.o Train the sales team on the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.o Create ramp-up plans to accelerate the learning curve for new team members and ensure they reach full productivity quickly. Sales Techniques & Soft Skills Training: o Develop training modules to enhance selling techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.o Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives, helping them improve their approach and close rates.o Train on soft skills, such as communication, active listening, and relationshipbuilding, to better engage with potential business loan clients.Performance Monitoring & Feedback: o Track the progress of team members post-training, offering ongoing support to address knowledge gaps and performance improvements.o Analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and sales performance data.Compliance & Risk Management: o Ensure that the sales team adheres to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal compliance policies when selling business loans.o Conduct refresher training on compliance and risk management on a regular basis.Collaboration with Leadership: o Work closely with the Sales Leadership and HR teams to align training initiatives with company objectives and sales goals.o Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to the development of new sales programs and campaigns.Qualifications & Skills: Education: o Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.Experience: o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, with at least 2 years in a similar role in the financial services or lending industry, preferably focused on business loans.o Strong understanding of business loan products, including term loans, working capital loans, and other financial solutions for SMELooking for Immediate JoinersIf interested share your CV to mailhidden_email
